จากความท้าทายในอดีต สู่การแบ่งปันความรู้ในปัจจุบัน
ในช่วงแรกของการทำงาน ผมเจอกับความท้าทายที่หลายคนในสายงานมาตรวิทยาคงเคยประสบ การต้องรับผิดชอบเครื่องมือวัดหลายร้อยชิ้น แต่กลับรู้สึกหลงทางไม่รู้จะเริ่มต้นจัดการอย่างไร ระบบการจัดการที่มีอยู่ไม่ตอบโจทย์ ความรู้ที่ได้จากตำราไม่สามารถนำมาใช้แก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ และการหาคำปรึกษาจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญเป็นเรื่องยากลำบาก
ผมเริ่มตระหนักว่าปัญหาเหล่านี้ไม่ได้เกิดขึ้นกับผมคนเดียว แต่เป็นความท้าทายที่ผู้ปฏิบัติงานในสาขามาตรวิทยาหลายคนต้องเผชิญ การขาดแคลนเครื่องมือการจัดการที่เหมาะสม การได้รับข้อมูลที่ไม่ครบถ้วนหรือไม่ตรงกับสภาพการณ์จริง และการขาดโอกาสในการเรียนรู้จากผู้ที่มีประสบการณ์ตรง
ด้วยประสบการณ์การทำงานมากกว่า 15+ ปี ในหลากหลายอุตสาหกรรม ตั้งแต่ยานยนต์ ปิโตรเคมี ไปจนถึงการจัดตั้งห้องปฏิบัติการสอบเทียบที่ได้รับการรับรอง ผมได้พัฒนาวิธีการและเครื่องมือที่สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเหล่านี้ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ตั้งแต่การลดต้นทุนการดำเนินงานลงถึง 67% จึงต้องการแบ่งปันความรู้เพื่อยกระดับมาตรฐานของอุตสาหกรรมไทย
ประสบการณ์เหล่านี้จึงกลายเป็นแรงบันดาลใจให้ผมได้ทำ
JED-Metrology เพื่อนำความรู้และเครื่องมือเหล่านี้มาแบ่งปันกับชุมชนวิชาชีพ เพื่อให้ผู้อื่นไม่ต้องเริ่มต้นจากจุดเดิมที่ผมเคยเริ่ม และสามารถก้าวไปข้างหน้าได้อย่างมั่นใจและรวดเร็วยิ่งขึ้น
